The more senior the appointment, the greater the opportunity (or risk) to an organisation. Our leadership assessment service involves in-depth assessments to truly understand your external or internal candidate(s) and to minimise the risk of a wrong hire.

The process will involve up to a full day of assessment – including psychometrics, simulation exercise and in-depth interview(s) that cover motivation, values and competencies. At the end of the process, we provide a clear recommendation on candidate suitability and (for successful candidates) how the organisation can facilitate their development and transition into the new role.
